Manchester United All-Time Top Scorers

Some of the world’s greatest-ever players feature on the Manchester United all-time top scorers list.
They include Sir Bobby Charlton, who held Man United’s all-time scoring record until Wayne Rooney overhauled him in 2017.
His tally of 253 goals in 559 appearances will likely stand for many years to come, with none of the current players coming close to his total.
The legendary Denis Law rounds off the top three, netting 237 goals in 404 appearances for one of the most impressive strike rates on the list.
However, when it comes to the most prolific scorer in United history, no one did it better for the Red Devils than Dennis Viollet.
The Munich Air Disaster survivor netted 179 goals in 293 appearances for the club, including a club-record 32 league goals in 36 games in the 1959/60 season.
Other noteworthy names in the top 10 list of all-time scorers for Man United include George Best, who bagged 179 goals in 470 appearances between 1962 and 1974.
