Arsenal All-Time Top Scorers

Aside from the George Graham era, Arsenal’s history has been littered with teams that have played exciting attacking football.
One of their most notable periods featured club legend Thierry Henry, who is at the top of the Arsenal all-time top scorers list with 228 goals in 377 appearances.
He is the only player to rack up a double-century of goals for the Gunners, which explains why he is held in such high esteem by the club’s fans.
Another icon for Arsenal fans is Ian Wright, who netted 185 goals in 288 games to secure second place in the standings.
Wright was the club’s top scorer for six seasons in a row and played a key role in helping Arsenal win five major trophies during the 1990s.
Frustratingly for Wright, he was nearly 33 years old when Arsene Wenger was appointed as Arsenal’s manager in September 1996.
However, he finished second in the Premier League scoring charts at the end of that season with 23 goals – two behind Alan Shearer.
He also scored against 17 of Arsenal’s 19 opponents – a record for a 20-team Premier League season. Only Sunderland and Manchester United kept him at bay.
