Serie A giants Juventus are one of the clubs linked with Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
United are ready to facilitate an exit for the English forward this month after he fell out with manager Ruben Amorim.
Amorim is unhappy with the United academy graduate’s attitude and has frozen him out of the squad.
The 27-year-old was left out of the squad for four consecutive games and was an unused substitute on his return to the fold against Newcastle United.
He missed the last match versus Liverpool due to illness. Rashford has not featured for United since the Europa League clash with Viktoria Plzen, and that could be his last appearance for the club.
Rashford’s agent has been busy talking with clubs over the possibility of the forward joining them.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano claims his representative has directly contacted Juventus. The negotiation is still at its ‘early stage’ as the Italian club are still exploring other options.
They are also interested in Paris Saint-Germain forward Randal Kolo Muani and Man United striker Joshua Zirkzee.
They may be unable to lure Zirkzee to the club this month. The Dutch striker is ready to fight for his place at Old Trafford despite being down the pecking order.
Juventus are reportedly more keen to sign a natural striker, thereby putting doubts on whether they would complete a deal for Rashford.
The English forward’s representative has also held talks with AC Milan, but negotiations are not yet advanced, indicating that the race for his signature remains open.
Romano has debunked the report linking him with Como. The transfer expert has claimed that ‘no talks’ have occurred or ‘planned’ between Rashford’s agent and the Serie A newcomers.
Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund and Turkish giants Galatasaray are also interested. A move to the latter club is unlikely as the forward intends to move to one of ‘Europe’s top leagues’.
