Manchester United have made many transfer blunders in recent history and it seems they have not learned from their mistakes.
According to journalist Samuel Luckhurst, Man United club figures believe Joshua Zirkzee is ‘not good enough’ just four months after his £36.5 million transfer from Bologna.
They are having ‘serious doubts’ about his ability to have a successful future at Old Trafford.
Zirkzee got off to a fantastic start to his United career with a goal on his debut.
However, he has failed to score in the last 16 games.

INEOS and Erik ten Hag wanted to sign the Dutch international last summer.
Rasmus Hojlund was the lone striker last season, with Anthony Martial was injured for most of the campaign.
United needed a centre-forward to share the goalscoring burden and compliment Hojlund.
Zirkzee looked a decent option, considering the limited budget and his exploits at Bologna.
However, he has failed to replicate his form with United.
The forward showed off his superb link-up play in the initial few games but his ball distribution has also been poor recently.
Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford have been left frustrated on several occasions by Zirkzee’s decision-making with the ball.
A slight delay on the striker’s part to pass the ball forced Garnacho and Rashford to fall into the offside trap.
ESPN pundit Craig Burley described Zirkzee’s signing at United as ‘absolutely horrendous’ last month.
Former United striker Wout Weghorst recently opened up on his struggles at United.
He admitted ‘bizarre pressure’ and ‘zero adjustment time‘ during his six-month loan spell.
Zirkzee is struggling to adapt to the blistering pace and intensity of the Premier League.
Ruben Amorim’s preference for a dynamic striker only deepens the uncertainty surrounding his Old Trafford destiny.
The next six months could determine whether he has a future at the Theatre of Dreams.
