Speedy recovery, lads! 👊
Mainoo suffered a hamstring issue in the 3-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur and missed the Europa League clash with FC Porto.
Mazraoui came off at half-time as a precaution in the goalless draw with Aston Villa on Sunday.
Alejandro Garnacho confirmed earlier that he will not be travelling with the Argentina squad due to fitness issues.
With no domestic football for the next two weeks, Man United will hope the trio can focus on recovery.
United are next in action against Brentford in the Premier League on October 19.
Erik ten Hag will want all three players fit for that encounter, but Mazraoui’s injury is the most pressing concern.

United have had only two fit full-backs in the squad since the start of the season.
Long-term absentees Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are still forced to spend time on the sidelines.
With no senior left-back available in the squad, Diogo Dalot has stepped into that role.
Ten Hag will have a massive selection dilemma if Mazraoui cannot regain fitness in time.
Victor Lindelof could be forced to play as a right-back, as he did in the second half against Aston Villa.
Another solution could be to field Lisandro Martinez at left-back with Dalot switching to the other side of the defence.
Mainoo continues to show his class while Manuel Ugarte and Casemiro struggle for form.
Garnacho has been United’s best forward, bagging four goals and two assists in 11 outings.
The fitness of these three players will play a key role in United’s performances after the break.
