Garnacho dropped, three big changes | Confirmed Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs FC Twente

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has made three changes to the starting line-up for tonight’s Europa League opener against FC Twente at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils drew with Crystal Palace in the Premier League last weekend. They created more chances but were unable to find a cutting edge.

Ten Hag will expect a much better showing in front of the home fans. Ahead of tonight’s game, the Dutchman has made three changes from the goalless draw at Selhurst Park.

Andre Onana starts in goal ahead of Altay Bayindir.

Noussair Mazraoui and Diogo Dalot will continue in the full-back positions, but there is a change in central defence with Harry Maguire coming in for Matthijs de Ligt.

The Englishman will be accompanied by Lisandro Martinez in the heart of the backline.

Midfielder Kobbie Mainoo has been replaced by Manuel Ugarte, who will make his full home debut for United. The Uruguayan will be partnered by Christian Eriksen.

There is a solitary change in attack from the Palace game. Marcus Rashford has been reinstated in the starting line-up with Alejandro Garnacho dropping out.

He will start on the left wing, with Amad Diallo on the right. Bruno Fernandes will feature in the number 10 position with Joshua Zirkzee up front.
