Manchester United transfer target Manuel Ugarte has been left out of the Paris Saint-Germain matchday squad for their opening Ligue 1 game against Le Havre this evening, according to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Uruguay international defensive midfielder remains keen on joining the Red Devils, and he wants to as soon as possible after agreeing personal terms with them.
However, the move will depend on conditions wanted by PSG as they have been insisting suitors must pay €60 million to secure his services.

He wants to join Manchester United, deal never been off. Absolutely on. But it will depend on conditions wanted by PSG.

Man United believe the fee is too high, especially given that the French club have signed a replacement after manager Luis Enrique dubbed him surplus to requirements.
His agent Jorge Mendes is trying to engineer a deal having jetted into England earlier this week to hold face-to-face talks with the Red Devils.
Ugarte could seal a move to the Old Trafford club towards the end of the transfer window deadline.
PSG have not included him in the matchday squad tonight as he will not be featuring.
Ugarte played 37 games across all competitions in his debut campaign with Les Parisiens, winning the Ligue 1 title, Coupe de France and French Super Cup.
Man United manager Erik ten Hag admires the qualities he brings to the table, and he also fits into the new recruitment strategy at the club given his age.
The Red Devils have spent around £140 million so far this summer on Leny Yoro, Joshua Zirkzee, Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui.
They have Profit and Sustainability Rules to adhere to, which means loan deals could be their best options this month.
