Arsenal dealt huge blow in title race as Spurs suffer two huge injuries ahead of Man City clash

Arsenal are hoping Tottenham Hotspur can do them a favour when they take on Manchester City at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday.

However, Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou has bad news for the Gunners and their fans.

The former Celtic boss has announced that Brazilian winger Richarlison will miss the rest of the season with a calf injury.

Mali international midfielder Yves Bissouma has also been ruled out of the remainder of the campaign with a knee problem.

Arsenal would not usually be worried about such injury news coming from their rivals, but it is not good news given the situation.

The Gunners need Man City to drop points against Tottenham or West Ham United on the final day if they are to win their first league title since 2004.

Arsenal currently lead the Premier League but will be overhauled if City pick up three points against Spurs.

Man City have not won at Tottenham in the Premier League since 2018 and have triumphed once at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in six attempts in all competitions.

However, Spurs will have to stop Man City from winning without Bissouma and Richarlison, which makes life much more difficult.

All eyes are on Tottenha, who have plenty to play for in their remaining two games. It is safe to say a huge game is on the cards as far as the title race goes.
