Confirmed Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Crystal Palace, double injury blow for Red Devils

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has named his starting line-up ahead of tonight’s Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

The Red Devils have been in poor form since the international break, picking up only seven points from their previous six league outings.

Ten Hag will want a strong response against the Eagles tonight. The Dutchman has made two changes from the 1-1 draw versus Burnley.

There is an enforced change in defence with Harry Maguire ruled out with a muscle injury.

He has been replaced by Jonny Evans, who only recently returned to training after an injury. The 36-year-old may not last for the entire 90 minutes.

The other surprise comes in the number 10 position. Bruno Fernandes misses a game through injury for the first time in his senior playing career for any club.

Mason Mount will replace him in the attacking midfield role against Palace.

The Red Devils are currently placed eighth in the table with 54 points, but they can climb up to sixth ahead of Newcastle United with a victory tonight.

It won’t be an easy challenge with Fernandes sidelined. The Portuguese has been the main source of creativity. He has seven goals and two assists in his last seven league games.

United have picked up seven points from the previous five meetings against Palace. They will need to play at their best to come on top, considering the hosts are one of the in-form teams.

Oliver Glasner’s side have picked up ten points from their last four league games.

Confirmed Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Crystal Palace: Onana; Wan-Bissaka, Casemiro, Evans, Dalot; Mainoo, Eriksen; Antony, Mount, Garnacho; Hojlund.
