Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is a target for La Liga giants Atletico Madrid.
According to Marca, the central midfielder is open to the move, and Los Colchoneros are ready to welcome him with open arms.
The Danish international is reportedly ‘crazy’ about the transfer and is ready to do everything to make it happen.

Atletico are in the Champions League, and the prospect of European football will excite Hojbjerg.
However, they have not convinced Spurs chairman Daniel Levy to sell.
The clubs share a good relationship, and all parties are positive the deal can go through.
Atletico’s first choice to reinforce their midfield was Paris Saint-Germain’s Marco Verratti, but they deemed the operation too expensive and are pushing for a lower-priced option.
Their need for a midfielder is even more pressing following a setback to Koke as he bid to return from injury.
Hojbjerg was an unused substitute in Tottenham’s exciting 2-2 draw with Brentford in their Premier League opener.
The 28-year-old has been a regular for Spurs since joining, but he could leave the club this summer as he is not in manager Ange Postecoglou’s plans.
He wants to leave for the Spanish capital after three years with Spurs, during which he bagged 16 goals and 45 assists in 145 appearances.
Hojbjerg came through the ranks of Brondby IF’s academy before joining Bayern Munich in 2012.
He made some appearances for the Bavarians but couldn’t establish himself in the first team and moved to Southampton in 2016.
Hojbjerg established himself as one of the most underrated midfielders in the Premier League on the south coast.
A move to Spurs followed, and he has been a mainstay in their first team, but he wants to join Atletico if the two clubs can agree a deal.
