PSG reach verbal agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt forward Randal Kolo Muani

Paris Saint-Germain have received a significant boost in their pursuit of Eintracht Frankfurt star Randal Kolo Muani.

According to reputed journalist Florian Plettenberg, the Parisians have reached an agreement in principle with the 24-year-old to join them this summer.

The Frenchman arrived at Frankfurt last year from Ligue 1 club Nantes. He enjoyed a superb season in Germany, notching 23 goals in 46 appearances across all competitions.

His excellent performances for the Eagles have caught the attention of some of the biggest European clubs, including Manchester United, Chelsea and Bayern Munich.

However, PSG are in pole position for the talented striker, having reached a verbal agreement with him.

A deal for Kolo Muani, who still has four years remaining on his contract at Deutsche Bank Park, is unlikely to come cheaply.

Frankfurt want a whopping €100 million to let their star player leave this summer. PSG will try to negotiate the price down.

They are also targeting Goncalo Ramos but Benfica are holding out for an initial €80m plus add-ons.

The Portugal international’s move may not affect their plans to sign Kolo Muani as Kylian Mbappe is expected to leave the Parc des Princes in this transfer window

The World Cup winner doesn’t want to sign a new contract with PSG, despite his deal expiring in 2024.
