Fulham in talks to sign Everton winger Demarai Gray

Fulham are continuing negotiations to sign Everton winger Demarai Gray this summer, according to The Athletic

The Cottagers have already agreed personal terms with the Jamaica international who is not training with the first-team squad.

However, they have not agreed on the transfer fee and are negotiating with Fulham.

Crystal Palace have also been credited with an interest in the 27-year-old, who has a year left on his contract at Goodison Park.

The Toffees turned down an offer from Turkish Super Lig club Besiktas, while there is interest from Saudi Arabia for the winger.

Gray has made 75 appearances across all competitions since joining Everton from Bayer Leverkusen in 2021.

The 27-year-old started 28 Premier League matches in his debut season as he helped his side maintain their top-flight status.

But his role at Goodison diminished after the appointment of Sean Dyche, who preferred Dwight McNeil on the left wing.

Gray has reportedly grown frustrated with his starting opportunities under Dyche and is ready to leave the Merseyside club in this transfer window

The Toffees are looking to raise funds for new recruits as they look to make a comeback next term.

They are willing to let the former Leicester City star leave if they receive a reasonable fee for him.
