Paris Saint-Germain are the latest European heavyweights to enter the race to sign out of favour Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.
Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla claims the French giants are seriously interested in the Serbia international striker and have enquired about his availability.
Vlahovic has returned to the Juventus training ground to begin pre-season with the Bianconeri, but his long-term future at the Allianz Stadium remains far from certain.
The 23-year-old forward is currently the biggest cash cow in the Juventus squad, and they want to sell the striker to bolster their economic situation.
The Bianconeri are demanding a fee north of €80 million for the former Fiorentina man as they look to recoup some of the funds they forked out to lure him away from La Viola.
Despite a massively underwhelming campaign last season, where he registered just ten goals and two assists in 27 Serie A appearances, Vlahovic is still attracting interest from several top European clubs.
He has failed to live up to expectations and replicate the impressive goalscoring form he showed during his Fiorentina days.
However, it is understood that Massimiliano Allegri’s preferred 3-5-2 system played a major role in his struggles amid reports that the striker expressed concerns with the manager’s tactics on several occasions.
PSG are keen to offer Vlahovic the chance to begin a new chapter in his career at the French capital.
They are reportedly willing to tender an offer that borders Juventus’ valuation, but the move will depend on what happens with Kylian Mbappe.
The France international is embroiled in a sour contract saga with the record Ligue 1 champions and has been heavily linked with a summer exit.
PSG are desperate to sanction a departure this summer rather than lose a player of his calibre on a free transfer, but they are also open to keeping the 24-year-old if he agrees to a contract extension.
