Leicester City striker Iheanacho emerges as target for the Saudi Pro League

Leicester City centre-forward Kelechi Iheanacho is a target for the Saudi Pro League, according to Sky Germany.

The Foxes suffered relegation last season and will lose some of their players.

The Championship side will not want to lose Iheanacho for free and will prefer to sell this summer.

Premier League clubs have shown interest in the 26-year-old ahead of next season. He is considering all his options before he makes his next career move.

Nottingham Forest and Galatasaray are interested in signing Iheanacho, but they have not made concrete plans to sign him.

Iheanacho has shown he is a capable striker in the English top flight, netting 55 goals and assisting 33 more in 205 appearances.

He bagged 21 goals and eight assists in 64 games for Manchester City after coming through their youth ranks.

Leicester have already lost James Maddison to Tottenham Hotspur. The England international moved to London for £40 million.

Spurs midfielder Harry Winks moved in the opposite direction.

Another player that could leave this summer is winger Harvey Barnes, who scored 13 goals for the Foxes last season.

He is a target for Tottenham, although their interest may have cooled following the acquisition of Manor Solomon.

Aston Villa and West Ham United have Barnes on their transfer shortlist. The Hammers have shown the most interest in the 25-year-old.

Iheanacho could follow them out of the door, but it is unclear which club he will choose next.

He may follow the players moving to the Middle East to help boost the Saudi Pro League.

N’Golo Kante, Karim Benzema, Ruben Neves, Cristiano RonaldoKalidou Koulibaly, Edouard Mendy and Jota are among the players who have joined the Saudi exodus.
