Galatasaray plan PSG raid with three player on their radar

Galatasaray are planning a summer raid on Paris Saint-Germain with three players on their radar.

According to Foot Mercato, the Super Lig champions are looking to sign Mauro Icardi, Leandro Paredes, and Juan Bernat from PSG.

Icardi spent last season on loan at Galatasaray and played an important role in their title-winning campaign, bagging 22 goals and seven assists in 24 league appearances.

His exceptional performances have prompted the Turkish giants to make his stay at Nef Stadyumu permanent this summer.

Icardi’s long-term future seemingly lies away from PSG, and the club is open to parting ways with the Argentine striker permanently.

However, the former Inter Milan marksman is reportedly stalling on committing to the Turkish champions amid interest from Serie A duo AC Milan and AS Roma.

Negotiations between Galatasaray and PSG are at an advanced stage, and a fee of around €12 million plus bonuses is being mooted, with the Turks still hoping to convince the 30-year-old striker to make his stay permanent.

Talks are also ongoing for Gala to sign out-of-favour midfielder Parades, who has one year left on his current deal with the reigning Ligue 1 champions.

The 29-year-old spent the last season on loan at Juventus, but the cash-strapped Italian giants opted against keeping him at the Allianz Stadium permanently.

Parades could link up with Icardi at Gala this summer amid reports suggesting the Argentina international has already agreed a four-year contract worth €2.5m per year with the Turks.

PSG are keen to offload the World Cup winner, and both sides are locked in negotiations to find an agreement on transfer fees.

PSG are looking to take advantage of their smooth relationship with the Turkish giants by also including Bernat in a potential triple sale.

The Spanish left-back has fallen out of favour at the Parc des Princes since the arrival of Nuno Mendes, and PSG are working round the clock to get him off their books this summer.
