Wrexham secure their first-ever stadium sponsor

Newly-promoted Wrexham have secured a title sponsor for the Racecourse Ground.

The partnership with SToK Cold Brew Coffee will bring a significant cash injection to the club as they return to the English Football League after a 15-year absence.

The SToK Racecourse has been Wrexham’s home since 1864 and hosted Wales’ inaugural home international match 13 years later.

Construction is already underway for a new 5,000-seat stand which will boost the stadium’s capacity to 15,000.

Executive director Humphrey Ker said (via Wrexham’s official website): “We are delighted to welcome STōK to the Wrexham family.

“Having secured the support of the Club Advisory Board and understanding that the majority of fans were happy for the stadium to be sponsored, we were delighted to partner with one of the fastest growing cold brew coffee brands in the US, as their ambitions and upward trajectory matches our own.”

The club has also revealed that beverage brand Betty Buzz will be the training kit sponsor for the upcoming season.

Wrexham co-owner Ryan Reynolds’ wife, Blake Lively, owns Betty Buzz.

Lively witnessed Wrexham’s remarkable achievement of winning the National League. She is often alongside her husband at the games.

Wrexham will embark on an exciting tour in the United States this summer. They will face LA Galaxy II, Manchester United and Chelsea.

Since Reynolds and McElhenney purchased the club in 2021, Wrexham have garnered a substantial global following.

They are on a mission to fire Wrexham up the football pyramid, and these latest announcements further highlight the club’s appeal.
